Service Description

A supportive mom and baby 8-week class series with a focus on infant development, motor milestones, tummy time, sensory processing, bonding/attachment, stretching, songs and playful activities to do with babies. This is a great way to meet with other moms and learn different ways to play with your baby. Designed for our youngest babies, in this series you will learn beneficial positions for your baby and how to engage them through developmentally appropriate play and song activities. Different topics that may include: ✅ Spinal Curves and Developmental Movement Patterns ✅ Tummy Time & supporting head shape development ✅ Rolling 101 ✅ Gas/reflux comfort strategies ✅ Oral motor development & teether introduction ✅ Visual tracking, hand-eye coordination & much more! ✅ Body awareness: Brain-body connection through language and touch
